Information we collect
The contact form collects the information you choose to provide: name, email address, optional organization, topic, and message. Our hosting provider also processes standard request data, such as IP address and request timing, for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry and preserve necessary correspondence context. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.
Service providers
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, security, and web analytics. Contact messages are delivered through Resend and received in Microsoft 365. These providers process data to operate those services.
Sensitive information
Do not send classified, export-controlled, proprietary, source-selection-sensitive, or third-party confidential material through the public form. Contact us first so an appropriate channel can be established.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records are kept only as long as they are needed for correspondence, security, and legitimate business context. To request access to or deletion of information you submitted, email reid@fionnlabs.com.
